Ad dollars follow eyeballs…it’s that simple.
According to a recent article posted by the University of Texas, mobile users spend approximately 10% of their time with mobile devices, yet only 1% of advertising opportunities are on mobile. Only 7% of users time is spent with print media, yet 25% of advertising dollars go to print. Some folks close to the industry report that mobile advertising will surpass desktop internet revenue in just one to three years.
