With so many mobile options in the marketplace today, smaller newspapers need to do their due diligence to figure out what will work in their respective market. What works for some won’t work for all. But one thing’s for sure…you won’t know until you try.

Think outside the box. Find out what your audience wants. Understand what your sales force can sell. Make money.
