Thinking outside the box with print, online, and mobile
We had a great turnout last week for our Garage Sale webinar! I loved hearing how some folks are really doing a great job of thinking outside the box. You might remember a post from a few months ago where we spoke about the importance for newspapers to think hyper-local. But how? Well, one idea that came up was to incorporate a locator map (available in print, online and mobile app) inclusive of all things local: garage sales, farmers markets, fairs, festivals, bazaars and general events. To that I say “Let’s do it!” What a great idea….and the possibilities are endless. Now THERE’S an idea you can take to the bank!
